Yes — a one year workmanship warranty. Any rectification works are to be completed within 14 days.
On confirmation of renovation works: 30% deposit, 50% on the commencement date of renovation works, 15% on carpentry measurement, and the 5% balance on completion of renovation works. Deposits are non-refundable. All payments are made payable to Nouvelle Workz SG Pte Ltd.
Amounts quoted are nett. Nouvelle Workz SG Pte Ltd is not GST registered, so no GST is added on top of the quoted figure.
The quotation is subject to change if the specifications change when you confirm and proceed with the project. Any alteration of the job after works commence will be chargeable.

Commercial renovation, office and retail fit-out, demolition and hacking services, and reinstatement works for tenants returning a unit to its original condition at the end of a lease.
Reinstatement returns a commercial unit to its original condition before you hand it back to the landlord at the end of a tenancy. It typically involves removing partitions, fittings and finishes added during your occupancy, then making good the ceiling, flooring, walls and electrical points. Most commercial leases in Singapore require it, so plan it well before your lease expiry date.
Yes. Kitchen hacking, service yard wall removal and open-concept layouts are common in resale HDB flats. This work is subject to HDB rules on which walls may be removed, and requires the correct permits and a qualified contractor.
