How long does a standard BTO renovation take?
Since BTO flats come relatively blank, a standard renovation typically takes 6 to 8 weeks, depending on the extent of custom carpentry and tiling works you require.
Are there hidden ID fees in your BTO packages?
No! Because we are a direct contractor with our own in-house carpentry factory, you only pay for the materials and labor. There are no design markups or middleman fees.
Can I hack the walls and floors in my new BTO?
You can hack non-structural walls with HDB approval. However, for BTO bathrooms, HDB strictly prohibits hacking of the floor and wall tiles for the first 3 years to protect the waterproofing membrane. We offer professional tile overlaying services instead.
