Do I need to redo the waterproofing for my resale bathroom?
Yes, we highly recommend a complete hacking and waterproofing overhaul for older resale bathrooms. The original waterproofing membrane degrades over time, and redoing it prevents ceiling leaks to your lower-floor neighbor, avoiding costly disputes.
Can I keep some existing floor tiles or cabinets to save money?
Absolutely. As a direct contractor, we don't force you into rigid packages. Our team will assess the condition of your existing fittings (like terrazzo floors or built-in wardrobes) and provide a customized quote tailored to what you actually need.
