A&A (Additions & Alterations) is for minor structural changes that do not exceed 50% of the existing Gross Floor Area (GFA). If your changes exceed 50%, or if you are increasing the building's height significantly, URA classifies it as a full Reconstruction.
Do you handle URA and BCA submissions for landed properties?
Yes. As a direct main contractor, we work closely with licensed Architects and Professional Engineers (PE) to seamlessly handle all regulatory submissions, soil investigations, and planning approvals on your behalf.
How long does a landed property renovation take?
